My name is Ashley Naungayan & I am a Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, Studio Owner, Experience Creator, Truth Seeker & much more. My community & I often find ourselves immersed in deep conversations shedding light on things we've experienced & contemplating the interworkings of the world, cosmos, relationship, and self. These videos are a personal record to share our thoughts and record our growth. At the same time, We strongly believe that media should be consumed consciously & that our stories & similar experiences are medicine to each other on our way to healing. Our hope is that these conversations ignite the fire for you to have deeper conversations with yourself & everyone around you.
